During the period of time from 1:22 PM CT through 1:37 PM CT (~15 minutes) We encountered an issue with customers loading the Checkout page when attempting to complete their purchase.
Shoppers either attempting to begin a new checkout session or continue an existing session would have been met with an error page that prevented progress in completing the checkout experience.
